What students will be learning

Students are provided the opportunity to learn in a semi-private, small classroom setting. Studio offers comfortable, spacious seating, in a cheerful, relaxed, sunlit environment. The small class setting enables students to receive personalized instruction, with one on one guidance with each stage of the painting process. This enhanced individual teaching, contributes to accelerated skill building.

 From time to time, the studio will offer lectures and group lessons based on a specific interest to the class eg. values, perspective, drawing, etc.

Students will be assisted in their journey with instruction, touching on various past and present artists and their techniques.

All materials used in studio are non toxic. Classroom follows required Covid 19 Protocols.

Please note, the program does not offer oil painting or the study of portraiture.

The studio will not be offering Beginner Classes Sept 2023 - June 2024

Intermediate Painting 

This class is designed for students who have extensive painting experience and are looking to advance their skills and deepen their knowledge of the painting process. The student must have an excellent grasp of drawing as well as an in depth understanding of color mixing.

Students will be tutored individually, under the guidance of the instructor. Students may choose their own projects appropriate to further their knowlege and skills.

Enrollment Process For Yearly Admission

5 week Trial

The 5 week trial program is designed to give students an introductory experience to my studio art program, with the purpose of being enrolled in my September to June yearly program.

The 5 week program is not offered as a regular stand alone art class.

Cost: $ 299

Upon completion of the 5 week course, if both the instructor and the student find that the program is a good fit, then they will be offered a spot (based on availability) in my yearly program which runs from September 2023 to June 2024.

Yearly enrollment when offered to student, will include all necessary Studio policies, along with fees.

Payment Method

Upon registering for 5 week trial program, payment must be received within 24 hours to secure space.

Wait List for Enrollment

Please note: Spaces for new enrollment each year Sept-June, are very limited due to majority of students who have maintained a steady enrollment for many years.
